How many hypnotherapy sessions will I need?

It depends on your goal and what outcome you wish for you. We will roughly agree on a number of sessions it will take to get you exactly where you want to be before we start. Hypnotherapy is a very fast and powerful technique and it is my motivation to get you to where you want to be as fast as possible. Almost every client already feels a positive change after 1-2 sessions.

Can anyone be hypnotised?

Yes – Every hypnosis is ultimately self-hypnosis as it is your decision to follow the words of your hypnotherapist.

If I would say to you “and as you exhale your next breath, allow your eyes to close and let go of the surface tension of your body, just let your body relax…” then who is relaxing your body? Yes, of course, you are.

Is Hypnotherapy safe?

Yes – Hypnotherapy is a very safe, natural, drug-free, powerful modality that provides an individual and permanent solution to your problem.

I struggle to relax due to my anxiety, will this work for me?

Yes – Hypnotherapy is an effective technique to treat anxiety and your Master Hypnotherapist is trained to make it work for you and help you to feel calm and comfortable.

Can children and teenagers have hypnotherapy?

Yes – as soon as they can “imagine pictures”. Hypnosis is a safe and powerful way to help children and teenagers with anxiety, nightmares, learning difficulties, HSC or other exam stress, fear of exams, weight management, eating disorders, body image, lack of confidence and so on.

Will I be made to talk about something I don’t want to?

No – we are all in trance daily at least twice – before we fall asleep and just after we wake up. Trance is a naturally occurring state that everybody is familiar with (sorry to disappoint – no magic). You are in full control – it is your session.
